Detailed description
- The MAD MAXX CW is designed for use as a sky beam in the air or as a super-fat beam effect on stages or at events. It has no visible external focus points within the outgoing beam. The fully illuminated, wide light emission with the same diameter as the beam itself is impressive and makes the device look huge on stage. A virtual iris allows users to reduce the diameter of the beam if required.
For a great and intense variety of colors, the CW version (ColorWheel) offers access to a 16-bit color wheel with crossfadeable CTO up to 2,500 K and 18 fixed colors. In addition to a simple basic mode, the MAD MAXX CW also offers a segment or multi-beam mode for individual control of the three LED segments or the 19 individual beams. With the pattern mode, a selection of two-color static or single-color dynamic pattern effects can be quickly added.
Compared to alternative 3 kW or 7 kW xenon spotlights normally used for this effect, the MAD MAXX CW is very compact and does not require high power infrastructure. With only 2,500 W, the spotlight can be easily connected to the normal power distribution network.
