• The compact, asymmetrical aluminum carabiner Sm’D is recommended for rope access technicians who want to reduce the weight of their equipment to a minimum. Due to its D-shape, it is particularly suitable for attaching equipment.
• It is available with two locking systems (automatic TRIACT-LOCK system and manual SCREW-LOCK system) or without locking system.

Facilitates handling:

• The edge-free surface on the inside facilitates the rotation of the carabiner.

• Protects the marking from abrasion.

Opening for attaching a TIBLOC rope clip or MICRO TRAXION pulley to prevent them from getting lost.

Available with two locking systems:

• TRIACT-LOCK: automatic locking with 3-way opening.
• SCREW-LOCK: manual screw lock with red indicator visible while the carabiner is not locked.
• Available without locking system to simplify the hooking when moving forward using the lead climbing technique.
