- ABSORBICA-I 150 is a single lanyard with a compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a horizontal lifeline (rope or cable) or on an elevated platform, without passing intermediate anchors. It works with users who weigh between 60 and 140 kg. It has several connection options on the harness and can be used with different types of connectors.

- Absorbs energy in the event of a fall: - Progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing limits the impact force on the user - Works with users who weigh between 60 and 140 kg (1)
- Designed for use with a maximum length (including connectors) of: - 200 cm under the CE EN 355 standard - 183 cm (6 feet) under the ANSI Z359.13
- Minimal bulk: - Energy absorber’s very compact design doesn’t hinder the user during progression - Elasticized arm to avoid hindering progression
- Durable fabric pouch with a simple opening system protects the energy absorber from abrasion or contaminants while allowing for regular inspection of the absorber
- Two options for installation on the harness, depending on use:
– Frequent connection/disconnection: with a carabiner held in correct position by the STRING positioning accessory (included with the lanyard)
– Semi-permanent connection: with a RING OPEN gated ring, whose circular shape allows optimal positioning - Two connector options for the end of the lanyard: a locking carabiner or MGO OPEN connector with large gate opening (1) Under the CSA Z259.11-17 standard, the user must weigh between 75 and 140 kg.

FF – CSA Z259.11-17 – Compliant with the Japanese standard for fall protection – GB/T 24538-2009: type II Certifications depend on the connectors that are used.
