Detailed description
- The new optical system in the FR10 Bar features the same large optics already used in the impression FR10. This creates a new look in a familiar style. With its ten 60-watt RGBW LED light sources, the FR10 Bar offers basic colors that are precisely matched to the impression FR series. Each individual light source impresses with rich color mixing and a convincing output from a micro Fresnel lens. In addition to individual color control, the FR10 Bar has a range of built-in color macros and a large selection of color presets.
The GLP impression FR10 Bar has a zoom range of 3.7 to 35 degrees (10:1), but what sets it apart from any other product on the market is the ability to control each zoom lens individually and independently. This capability offers designers a whole new level of creativity, design options, and flexibility.
At its narrowest zoom angle, the impression FR10 Bar creates sharply defined planes of light that are incredibly dramatic and penetratingly beautiful. At the upper zoom range, the FR10 Bar functions as a wash light for cycloramas, wide areas, and object lighting.
The impression FR10 Bar has the same design features as the industry standard – impression X4 Bar 10 and 20 – and can therefore be easily used in combination with them. For example, both types use the same mounting and locking systems. Just like the X4 Bar, multiple FR10 Bars can be strung together with consistent pixel pitch.
The power and data connections are located in the base of the device. The inputs and outputs are positioned so that looping through is as easy as possible.
The impression FR10 Bar can, of course, be mounted in any position and stands securely on integrated rubber feet. Permanently installed safety fastenings, handles, and a tilt-lock system for safe transport are standard features, as is a battery-powered menu system that makes it easy to address the devices at any time.
The GLP impression FR10 Bar is the next step in the development of automated linear lighting and offers designers more flexibility than ever before.
