Detailed description
- As a hybrid fixture, the JDC Line is divided into two controllable units:
With 100 extremely powerful white light LEDs per 500 mm, the LED strobe unit offers sufficient brightness for massive flashes with a real strobe feeling. The separation into 20 individually controllable segments enables endless creative possibilities and impressive pixel mapping options.
The second unit of the JDC Line are 2×100 RGB LEDs, which are arranged above and below the strobe LEDs and also focus together with the white light of the strobe LEDs in the special 500 mm lens. Here too, the separation into 2×20 individually controllable segments offers endless creative possibilities and impressive pixel mapping options.
The total of 20 strobe and 2×20 RGB pixel segments of a JDC Line 500 are each 25 mm wide and lie seamlessly next to each other so that there are no black areas between the pixels – this not only ensures a particularly high luminous flux, but also real continuous lines of light.
The individual control of the strobe, upper and lower RGB segments can be conveniently recorded with Art-Net or sACN via two fail-safe EtherCon ports, providing control options via a media server.
The intelligent rigging accessories such as the Rigging Bracket and Alignment Bracket enable convenient handling of the product. The Alignment Bracket makes it easy to mechanically connect multiple devices together, while the Rigging Bracket allows rigging clamps to be installed on the top and rear of the product. This allows the JDC Line to be installed inconspicuously directly under or in front of a truss or pipe.
The ingenious airflow cooling design allows the JDC Line to be installed in a wide variety of ways. Whether the light line is suspended vertically or horizontally, constricted between two levels in a TV set design or lying on the stage floor as edge lighting – the JDC Line is always optimally cooled and shines with maximum performance.
