Detailed description

The PIXA Z1 is a robust and versatile headlamp. Thanks to its different light cones, it adapts to any work situation: Working at close range, travelling and long-range vision. It fulfils the requirements of the ATEX directive for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Zone 1/21 II 2 GD Ex ib IIB T4 Gb IIIB T135° C Db).

Features

• With the headlamp, the user has both hands free to work. It can be:

– worn on the head with the headband

– attached to a helmet using the fastening system (included)

– or placed on the ground.

• Multiple light modes for different requirements:

– for close-range work: wide, homogeneous light cone

– for moving around: combined light cone with a focused component for safe movement

– for distance vision: focused light cone

• Reliable, practical and robust headlamp for professional users:

– transport position: protects the glass of the headlamp and prevents it from being switched on unintentionally

– Automatic switch to reserve mode when the batteries are almost empty (flashing signal and red indicator light)

– Ergonomic rotary switch, can also be operated with gloves

– excellent drop (2 m), impact and pressure resistance (80 kg)

– comfortable, washable, elastic headband

– Resistant to chemicals

• Suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 1/21 II 2 GD Ex ib IIB T4 Gb IIIB T135° C Db).
